One of the main thing that a software tester should keep in mind
" Keep your communication soft and simple. There is a difference in saying it hard and in a soft voice."
When u say "I need this to be done" to a programmer, he/she wont like the same. Better say, "It would look good if u can do like this."

Hello! Thanks for dropping by my site. I tried what you suggested but my daughter's skin developed some rashes so I did not continue it anymore. I think her skin is very sensitive. :(
