Firefox latest beta version : 4.0 Beta1

I've installed the version 4.0 Beta1 of Firefox. Haven't went through any review of firefox 4.0 beta1 before I installed it
Here is a screen shot of the application. Please note that if you need a stable version, stick on to  the current version (3.6.6 is the current stable version of firefox).

As a first impression it is the new clean UI, the loaders and the option to give feed back that welcomes us. 

Will try to post more on it when I start using it more.

Skype, 3G and apple iphone- A deadly combination.

Saw the news in gizmodo? Skype is coming to iphone with small user fee for skype to skype calls. Advancements with 3G helps achieving this.. but will we be using that, especially when there is a data charge of the operator in force plus the usage charges? Any way its nice to get one in hand because, you can dial to skype from anywhere and that too with near CD quality sound..

Who was that anonymous caller?

Imagine a situation in which you are receiving calls at odd hours or when you are in odd situation. You are not able to respond to the same in the right way, because you don't know whether that is a total stranger or some one whom you know, trying to prank you. From childhood days, I was fascinated about how computer works.. those little games, and characters moving on keystroke, storing my data all happens like a magic. Credit card! a distant dream...

I'm from alappuzha District in Kerala, India. None of the banks are giving credit card in Alappuzha? My application got rejected in SBI(I have my salary account there), ICICI, HDFC, Axis(Formerly UTI), and now Morgan stanley.





SBI havent issued any cards to people who have permanent address outside the ernakulam District (yeah, I do work in Ernakulam). Others juz say because of internal policies. Where can I get one card in Alappuzha?
